This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — the Privacy Policy) applies to all information posted on the website at https://versalebel.ru (hereinafter — the Site) and defines the procedure for processing personal data and information, as well as measures to ensure the security of personal data undertaken by Sole Proprietor Babiy S.A., TIN: 281100654005, OGRNIP: 306280419800011 (hereinafter — the Operator).

Use of the Site's services constitutes the User's unconditional consent to this Policy and the conditions for processing their personal information and data specified therein; in case of disagreement with these conditions, the User must refrain from using the Site and its services.

3.7.

The Operator, together with the User, takes all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of the User's personal data.

4. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

4.1. The User shall:

4.1.1.

Provide the personal data information necessary for using the Site.

4.1.2.

Update and supplement the provided personal data information in case of changes to such information.

4.2. The Operator shall:

4.2.1.

Use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

4.2.2.

Ensure the confidentiality of stored information, not disclose it without the User's prior written permission, and not sell, exchange, publish, or disclose the User's transferred personal data by other possible means, except as provided for in this Privacy Policy.

4.2.3.

Take precautionary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User's personal data in accordance with the procedure commonly used to protect such information in existing business practice.

4.2.4.

Block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of application or request by the User or their legal representative or the authorized body for the protection of personal data subjects' rights for the verification period in case of detection of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.

5. SAFETY CONDITIONS

5.1.

The User assumes full responsibility for possible injuries and other consequences of accidents that may occur to them during their stay at the hotel and use of its services, including particularly serious consequences.

5.2.

The User declares that they are physically and mentally prepared for staying at the hotel and for possible mental and physical stress associated with such stay, and accepts all risks associated therewith.

5.3.

During their stay at the hotel, the User shall never and under no circumstances deliberately create situations that may cause harm to other guests, staff, third parties, or hotel property. In case of causing harm, the User undertakes to bear responsibility independently and at their own expense in full.

5.4.

By registering as a hotel guest, the User understands the need to monitor their health before check-in and independently decides on their stay.

6. MEASURES APPLIED TO PROTECT USER PERSONAL INFORMATION

6.1.

The Operator takes necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User's personal information from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions by third parties.

7. ADDITIONAL TERMS

7.1.

The current legislation of the Russian Federation applies to this Privacy Policy and the relations between the User and the Operator.

7.2.

The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent.

7.3.

The new version of the Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy.
